After 4 rounds and an Excel test, I was completely ghosted. I wrote three follow up emails, and received nothing. I saw they reposted the job to LI, pretty unprofessional and disrespectful. Glad I dodged a bullet.

Question 1
They heavily questioned my ability to work at their fast pace, despite them being extremely slow to move through each phase. The process was very long. I was asked to complete an Excel test, which I did the day after a tornado and we have no power or Internet, but I was resourceful and did it anyway. Also, they assume you have access to Excel and Microsoft office, many people don't on their personal devices.
