I was contacted by BOLD's HR, Introductory Call was about the briefing on BOLD, its products, Position offered, Salary expectation. After which I was called for Face 2 face round at their Noida office. I went through 5 rounds of Interview. 1) Written Test - few puzzles, a few programming questions on data structure, Output of Code snippets (10 ques/1hrs) 2) First Technical Interview 3) Second Technical Interview 4) Techno-Managerial Round 5) HR Round All the rounds were wrapped in 3-4 hours. All the Technical interviews were focused around Asp.net depth, Jquery, SQL, IIS . In HR round they stated I was selected and the the offer will be rolled in a few days, and HR asked me to leave for the day. I didnt heared anyting from them for next three weeks, after which offer was rolled after few basic formalities. They offered Handsome package and benefits, although I declined it to accept another offer. All in all the interview process was awesome and person interviewing were kind and gracious throughout the interview process.
