BOLD has a unique interview process that I have never experienced at any other company. It is a multipart interview that starts with your cover letter, includes your resume where you get tested on both your hard and soft skills. The whole process is fascinating and it is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the interview process beneficial for the candidate as much as possible; from a personal, professional and a leadership standpoint.
