I had 5 total interviews with Bold including the initial phone screening from recruiting. After the screening I met with my current manager, a Senior Team Lead, a Senior Research Scientist, and then the VP of the organization that I currently work with. The process was smooth and transparent all the way through, and I felt like the interviewers truly wanted to get to know me and my skillset to determine if I would be a good fit for the role. It was a good mix of informal questions about my desired qualities in a role, and formal software engineer-type interview questions. Not one minute felt wasted and everyone was kind, amicable, thorough, and respectful.
