The initial conversation with the recruiter was very nice and we had a great convo. She had said that I was moving on to the next round and sent me calendar dates to share with the hiring manager and it was shared and then NOTHING. I was ghosted. Sent two follow up emails and still no response. It's also sad because she literally told me to be sure to keep her updated if Im moving along in other interviews and she said she'd do the same so we save each others' time. Disheartening that companys still are ghosting applicants
