6 rounds of interviews and after each round, it took them several days to get back to me. The worst part was once I was complete with everything, I was told they would make a decision by Tuesday. By Wednesday I had heard nothing, so I emailed the recruiter. By Friday I still heard nothing so I emailed someone else to check in and see if the recruiter was in the office that week. The recruiter ends up sending generic legalese email within 20 minutes. All in all, I felt that I dodged a bullet with this one. The unpreparedness on their side throughout the whole process made it clear that the management and company has issues. One positive, most of the people I interacted with seemed great.
