I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BOLD (Noida) in Mar 2016
Interview
HR was very friendly, overall environment was good. Interviewer was somebody who was not clear with the technical concepts and was arguing without having a base. I think company should review their interview panel and let only those people who have sufficient amount of experience and skills to interview people who are coming for higher positions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BOLD in Nov 2025
Interview
Applied through Doda, resume got selected and got a response after 15days.
It was an online interview and was conducted by a HR head and one project manager. Interview duration was for 1hour
They emailed me to schedule and introductory call and then afterwards they would get back to me about scheduling a follow up interview with other members of the hiring team. I never heard back despite emailing them several times and they even responded saying "things are busy we will get back to you" and they simply never did. Really bad business.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BOLD in Nov 2022
Interview
Their initial interviewing process seems a bit unorganized. I received three emails from three different people asking about a quick phone interview. I was actually happy to be turned down.
