Interview
Overall, Interview process was smooth.
It started with 1st technical round on teams meeting. I was selected for the 2nd technical round and that interview was also conducted on the same day.
Then, 3rd round (Director Round) was scheduled within 5 days and 4th round (HR Salary Negotiation) was conducted in next couple of days.

Question 1
1st Technical Interview Round- I was asked with introduction followed by couple of Data Structure related coding problems and some puzzles and 6-8 selenium related concept questions.
2nd Technical Interview Round- It again started with some Data Structure related coding problems and some puzzles. After that, interviewer asked some Java concept questions and Selenium Framework related question.
3rd Techno Managerial Round- It was quick 30 mins round. This was started with Array related coding question. After that, interviewer asked about the testing methodology we follow in current organisation.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BOLD (New Delhi)
Interview
The interview process was start with the online question paper. Which was just a formality.
First face to face round took place on saturday in a recruitment drive. The entire process was troublesome. HR informed me that interview will be scheduled @10 AM in the morning. Untill 9:56 Am there was no update and no one was picking up the call.
@10, the interview went on for 10 minutes and they terminated saying someone else will take the interview.
Again i keep chasing them and then they informed interview will take place around 11.
Finally interview started, interviewer asked some good questions but all he/she was is expecting the answer which was written on the google. He/She was so rude that they asked me what kind of testing you are doing in your organisation? I mean wait what Don't the employees @Bold doesn't each organisation has different mechanism and process to be followed? How could anyone be so rude? Just googling the questions and expecting the same answers is very pathetic way of judging any candidate.
And HR wanted us to book our entire day for them but they won't bother to reply your emails or call you about the feedback. It's you , who have to chase them.
Interviewer was not convinced with the answers because they were not the definitions from the google. Also, when i asked About the working culture @Bold, the interviewer replied with the type of candidate they are looking for.
At least give the relevant answers to the questions asked irrespective of your choice of selecting the candidate.
