BOLD User Experience Design interview questions

I went through six rounds of interviews (which is ridiculous by the way) just to get an email at the end of it all saying they were looking for someone with more experience. You had my resume from the start, you knew how much experience I had. In the future you could save all of us some time instead of putting someone through six interviews when you've already made your decision from the start.
