BOLD Wordpress Developer interview questions

I applied through Naukri.com after which the company HR called me the next day. First round was telephonic round after which I was called for 3 round of Interviews at their Noida office. 1 st round was technical round in which questions was asked related to WordPress, MySQL and performance optimization techniques. 2nd round happened within 15 minutes it was Techno Managerial Round. The interviewer asked about performance optimization, SEO and a puzzle. 3rd round was HR round which was longest duration of around 30 minutes. She was basically asking questions related to my family background, salary expectation and giving me various scenarios to judge my leadership skills. After that I was asked to share my salary slip and other documents. After that they did not call me for 1 week. When I called her she told that your profile is on hold and they will contact me in 3-4 weeks. But they never called me and did not even reply to my email. So UNPROFESSIONAL !!! My Experience was negative just because of the lack of communication from their side regarding my selection/rejection.
