I first received a call back asking general question about my knowledge base. Based on your answers you will be called in to take an assessment test of your general skills. (conversion of Hex, Binary and Decimal, mathematics, general knowledge) You are then to enter a secondary test where you will show how fast you can type, your critical thinking and how you would traverse a programming spec to find answers to questions regarding ICs. You should be sure you understand the base concepts of NAND Flash, Bad Block Management and eMMC. You should also be sure to have a small amount of knowledge in programming. This will assist you but is not required.
