Well planned out. Great communications - I was well aware of their hiring process and the job was well defined. I applied on-line and was called back several weeks later. First, I had a phone interview and was eventually invited to meet the hiring manager. Not long after, I was scheduled to take their wonderlic and personality test. They reviewed it right there and introduced me the team - same day. Not only did I get to meet my new managers and co-workers, but they made it mandatory to meet with company's CEO -William White. He was amazing and very dedicated to the success of his company. I was able to take a tour of their facility and even had the chance to see their in-house engineering, production and service centers. I was able to learn more about the programming systems they make and I got to see, first hand, the equipment used to manufacture, validate and service their products and equipment.... It was amazing to see. The production line was extremely clean and very well ran. I was truly impressed with the way they ran their internal operations, from engineering and manufacturing, all the way to their Quality Assurance and Shipping. I knew this would be an amazing company to work for and to grow with.
