My process started with a very easy submit to the position on BQE.com . Then from there I was contacted a very professional HR Director and he set up a first phone interview. After our conversation I was very impressed on how clear and concise he was going over the position. with me. Shortly after that I was contacted for in person interviews with the Sales Director and the VP of Sales. I was totally blown away on the professionalism and great culture at BQE Software. I am hoping for a long career here.

Tell us your 3 biggest strengths in the sales cycle process.
Telephone interview with HR which included general questions about the background in resume, then onsite interview with both the HR manager and the Sales manager. The head of Sales sometimes joins the interview if she's available as well.
