Interview
Really strange procedures, couple interviews were relatively normal but then they extended an offer and said everything would be handled by an external HR/Legal consultant. This person was not transparent in any way when we communicated, she said an employment contract would be sent for me to sign and then a few days later said they don't usually have employment contracts and everything is done based on verbal agreements. Very shady, very suspicious.
