Interview
I went through a recruiter, but the interview process was very intense. The inital set up was made through the agency; however, the structure of the interview was as if I applied direct. The organization is new, but their support staff seemed highly knowledgeable of the industry. As analysts, their interview structure was both informal and formal. They are not clear on what they need, so I would suggest the candidate also do their research. Learn the background of the Principals, and be savvy in your response. They focus on non-verbal communication.
