15 minute phone screen, hour long interview, 3 half-hour interviews and 1 hour technical all in-person. Took about a month in total to complete the process. Interviewed in-person at the DC office.
Phone screen and then second round interview that was technical, was mainly based around coding and solving questions through writing code live, even the phone screen had some technical aspects.
One recruiter screen, one take-home technical case study, and then one final round with an Associate Director. No tricky questions and the case was also reasonable with 2+ days to work on it. The managing consultant who did the case interview spent over an hour with me during the interview and just got good vibes about the culture throughout.
