Interview
Consist of 3 rounds of interviews. 1st interview is with one of the associates or senior associates. This interview consists of basic behavioral questions and why you would like to work at BRG. If you make it past this round you get invited to a on-site super day. Starts off with an introduction of the company and what the responsibilities of the role is. Then it will be two interviews with different managers, case study, and one with a managing director. There is a third round if you pass the super day.

Initial behavioral interview with 2 staff (virtual), followed by in-person technical and behavioral interviews. Second round of interviews included excel exercise and verbal technical questions relevant to the practice area i was interviewing for.
