This company contracts people to working in others companies. In my case, I got this interview because one of the clients indicated me for the job and it was necessary to satisfying the formalities. The process was easy, I didn't do tests. I just needed talk about my experience, skills, education. After 2 days they called me to talk about salary and benefits and sended me an official proposal. I accepted it and we started the admission process.
