The video interview was pretty straightforward. The question weren't particularly hard, and the manager was quite nice. It was mostly about personality, wishes, career development etc. However, after the interview, I got ghosted, as in they didn't even bother contacting me. I sent multiple messages and the answer was always "we will call you back", and then "sorry we forgot to tell you we chose someone else". The trouble is, it is not the first time. I've interviewed multiple times for a position in this company and I have been ghosted many times. I find it disrespectful. It's a shame because as far as I know, it's a nice company to work for. But they should really learn to treat candidates with more respect, even the ones they reject.
