The interview process spanned 4 months. It started with a phone interview; the recruiter was warm and friendly. They supply you with a guide on what to expect through the interview process and how to apply the STAR method. I went to each interview very prepared. When I arrived (virtually) at what I was told was the final interview, it was in fact not. A month after that interview, I was contacted for a panel interview. It consisted of being asked technical questions and behaviour-based questions by a panel of four. I was informed they would let me know their final decision quickly. That was three weeks ago, the recruiter has become unresponsive, and it appears I have been ghosted. Disappointing given the time invested to prepare and attend several interviews.
