For the Scheme Manager and Product Expert role in the Medical Device team, you will most likely have a phone conversation with senior team members based in the UK or US. In my case it was a combined phone interview with two team members. The team members were mostly interested in my technical background and how I had handled the different aspects of the Product Development stages. This was followed up with another similar phone interview with two team members with a similar course of action. The questions were not behavioral but technical, however, I did get a feel that the interviewers wanted to assess my ability at pushing back to mimic the audit situation - a behavioral competency. Later, I had an on-site interview at the Herndon, Virginia office with two upper management members from the Medical Device team and with HR. The HR person was a recruiter and the "interview" was more conversational - provided list of benefits and answered any questions. A Recruiting person in the Herndon, Virginia office was my point of contact, and while responsive at times, I did not find him to be very personable. I have been told that he has recently been terminated from the organization.
