Inexperienced interviewers who asked really poor questions that did not cover the job requirements. Very different from other interviews. Now I have a job offer I am so glad I did not start at this company

Interviews vary by position. Always an initial conversation with Recruiter, then the manager. Sometimes HR or manager's team may be involved in the process. For my job they asked about industry experience and certifications for ISO trainings
