The in-person interviews were with Senior Management folks in the Herndon, Virginia office. The interviews range in order of difficulty. By the time you get the first phone call, you have a fairly good chance at getting the job for the Product Expert role. Most of the interview time is spent on the interviewers explaining the job. Know your technical details, BSI will teach you the Medical Device directives. Ensure that you portray confidence throughout the interview. Behavioral aspects were not really ascertained through direct questions but it is expected that the person hired has excellent people skills.
