This was a 1.5 hour interview on hypothetical scenarios asking how I would respond. There were three people interviewing me and at the end of the process I was ghosted. No one ever followed up with me and told me I was not selected. In my opinion, I was highly qualified for this role and took several hours out of my day to commit to this process. The security guard takes your phone and even your watch. Very disappointed that I was not notified that they selected another candidate. Feel this is very unprofessional.
