Interview
The interview is really random. No test on technical skills, just chat with the president. He asked some questions about resume, like what tools you use, when will you graduate, how is your college and etc. The HR seems pretty nice.
The manager asked me for the detail about what I have done for the previous job position and disqualified me right away. Then he suggested me to get into another position, which is a good suggestion. However, when I send an email for a further question about if I can do job hunting by myself he responded that "as soon as you join our company, we expect for at least a year you will not find any job by yourself or cannot join any other employer." I don't think that is the thing you should smash on your candidate's face.
