I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bachem (Torrance and Vista CA) in September 2018. I applied through a staffing agency and got a phone screen, after which they called me in for an on-site interview. Interviewed by 8 different people, 2 site managers, 2 directors, 3 managers and HR. director. Interview lasted for about 5 hours at Torrance and 4 hrs at Vista the next day. The interview was conducted over two days and each day included a short tour of the facility. The culture of pointing fingers was very clear during the interview.
