I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase

Interview

The HR person was totally unprepared and distracted, didn't know precisely what role I had applied for. Kept checking my application during the conversation when I pointed the discrepancies. Then I was scheduled to talk to a senior role for the second stage of the interview. The second stage took only 5 minutes because we immediately realised that my application was forwarded to the wrong division, not the one I had applied for.
