Interview
The interview process was very extensive. I had two calls with the recruiter before meeting with the team. After meeting the team I was required to complete a practical use case. Upon completion this was presented back to the technical team where they asked various questions. The final step in the interview process was a culture fit interview with the UX director and other leadership staff.

The interviewer joined the call just to let me know that the position I had applied, had been cancelled minutes before our call. He apologized, but still, I had prepared for the interview and it ended up being a waste of time.

Recruiter reached out to me as a first contact. We had several stages of interview including regular interviews, portfolio walkthroughs and case study presentation. After portfolio review the recruiter reached out to me with positive news and then they made an offer.

Interview
This was my first remote interview and it couldn't have been smoother. The interview team were friendly, organised and open at each stage of the process. The design challenge and presentation components were well-organised and welcoming.
