I experienced a writing case study, an interview and verbal case study. In every step, I got feedback and informed well about the upcoming procedures. The case questions were well selected (not very easy but good ones), but I had enough time to think about. My HR person also so friendly and answered my questions in detail in every step :)

Its a great experience throughout my interview process. All the interviews were scheduled as per my availability. I don't want call this process as interview as it was a casual conversations where both shared our expectations, shared our thought processes, ideas etc. All the panel members made me feel comfortable in all rounds . Interview
The process took 4 weeks in total. There were 3 steps to take an offer. Firstly, I met with the recruiter, he was so friendly, we talked maybe for an hour from lots of things. The second interview was with my current manager, her approach was again great and helped me to know company better told me my first month in detail. And the last one was a case study. They sent me a 7 page of scenario and gave me 3 hours to create a presentation. After three hours, I presented my case to the audience of Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager and a Developer. They were so warm and kindly asked their questions, they actively listened to me. I really enjoyed with all the steps. After the last interview, I took the offer in 2 hours by phone call. It was a really quite good experience for me.
