The recruiter Adrian started off by making sure we were aligned with the role requirements. I then met with the Hiring Manager who gave me a strong understanding of the company and culture, the role and expectations. I then went through a case presentation, where I presented 3 cases to the Hiring Manager and Director of HR. It was very helpful to get an understanding of their styles and how we would work together. Adrian did a great job keeping me informed and shared feedback throughout each step of the way.
