I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase (Amsterdam) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was approached by an internal recruiter regarding an open position at Backbase.
He was very pleasant and professional, had a detailed look into my profile, and unlike in majority of the cases, made sure that the position was literally a perfect match to both my interests and my skills.
After initial screening, there was a technical interview, followed by role and cultural fit with the head of department.
Final round of the interview was a panel presentation. The expectations vere clearly defined and necessary materials provided.
All of the interview rounds vere just the right balance of challenging and interesting. The whole process felt like a conversation with likeminded people.
Shortly after the final interview round I received an offer.
The whole process lasted around 6 weeks.
