I was asked to complete a technical task in my own time and submit prior to the interview. I was given 7 days to complete. I then had a technical interview with two people discussing my technical task and my thought processes. Why I chose certain things and what I would do differently. After the technical interview, I then had a general / non technical meeting with more senior employees which was to find out whether I would be a suitable fit but also gave me an opportunity to find out more about the company and team.
