Interview
It went very smoothly and swiftly, received quick feedback after each stage which I really appreciated . Initially I was qas contacted by Oliver, the receuitment agent explaining he had found my details on LinkedIn and was wondering if I would consider an opportunity in the Netherlands . Thereafter we had an initial interview with him getting to know about me and my background and experience as well as sharing about Backbase. Thereafter I had the interview with the hiring Managers which was followed by a case study presentation interview. After that I received my offer.

It was good and smooth. All the questions asked are clarified. Company moto was described clearly and what is expected from the role, that was also cleared. Overall it was good to have company like that.

Very clearly tailored process with 3 rounds. 1st one - Talk with recruiter. 2nd - Talk with hiring manager. 3rd - case presentation. The case presentation consisted of 3 short calls with team members role playing as the Product manager, Developer, Stakeholder. Final round was the case presentation with my solution and the reasoning behind it.

The interview was set up very quickly. Pleasant interaction with the hiring manager, who was well-informed with respect to my CV. The aim was mostly to determine a fit with the organisation. The assignment was confirmed there and then. On the whole a positive experience.
