Interview
I believe any interview process should leave a great impression on the candidate irrespective of the outcome. In this regard, Backbase scores a 10/10.
Three rounds of discussions followed by an intense case presentation. The case presentation is such a great experience that I felt I would walk away with invaluable learning irrespective of the outcome.
That said, I would advise anyone going through the case presentation plan enough focused time for preparation. The panel would be more than glad to offer you that time.

Everyone was friendly and professional .The case presentation was relevant to the job and in advance of it was a short chat to answer questions I had about it. Overall a pleasant experience.
