I was introduced to the company through a recruitment agency. I had one interview with Interim Finance Manager for the position and after that an offer was given to me. I asked for few days to think about it then I decided to accept the offer.

Interview
The process went smooth and fast. I sent my CV and Backbase soon replied inviting for my first interview. I was available at the same day so I suggest the time. We had a great conversation and good feedback. After that we already have decided to move forward to the second interview with the hiring manager. The interview went great and I felt the " click" immediately.
