I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was great. It was very fast. Of course there was a time gap between stages, but I was already told what to expect and when to expect. After that, I was given a home task, but I was also provided with the support in case I need more information about the task. On the final stage, the feedback was quickly delivered. At the end, it is really visible that the recruitment process was made with effort, it's not just another interview. Both candidate and interviewer, made an effort here to come to the conclusion and I am happy with that.

Question 1
There are many relevant questions that were asked, but I will just disclose one of them. I really like the question where the interviewer asked: what was the biggest mistake that I did? It kinda paused me a bit to actually reflect and get to know myself.

I found the process really interesting. It was fun getting to know the leaders in the team and being able to experience a business case, as a roleplay of my future activities.
