Interview
The interviewing process is long and involves initial introductory emails as well as multiple Skype calls and a test project required to show initial skill sets.
Overall the experience was a little unorganized and mismanaged. The requirements for the position varied from each level of contact. It was not until the final Skype conversation where the position and its requirements were made clear by the Product Owners themselves.
The interviewers seemed inexperienced in their process and could use some work in terms of speaking to possible candidates.
I feel in order to make this process better for future candidates that the Product Owners be involved from the beginning or at least make it very clear as to what they are looking for.
Interview consisted of 4 steps + take-home assessment and presentation to the panel. Interview with a potential teammates. 2 weeks to complete take-home assignment. Also was an interview with Product manager and Design manager

Interview
I had the Initial Assessment Call with the Recruiter which took about an hour. Then a date was set for the Competency Call With the Hiring Manager of the department. Once that was done, a date was set for a Design Case presentation to be presented to a panel. Once that was done, I was given the offer.
