Even the interview is a nightmare. They require you to do homework, with a full page of description what they expect from you, and they are unable to send the input file at the first place. They do not share the criteria, but after they reject on like typos and even thing which are not valid. They are focused what you do not know, and not interested at all what you know.

I found the interviewers somewhat disrespectful. While I was trying to clearly explain the system and the technical background, they seemed distracted—typing and not really listening. Later, they asked questions I had already answered, which made the whole experience feel dismissive. It wasn’t a great interaction, and frankly, I don’t think I’d be comfortable working with people who approach conversations like that.
