Applied online, and then was promptly contacted for a phone screening. Lasted around 25 minutes and was fairly easy and simple - mostly giving overview of position and then asking about my work experience. I was then emailed a writing task to complete. Didn't progress further.

First, there was a 30-minute informational interview via phone call. The next step was to submit a writing sample. The final round was a 60-minute phone interview that delved deeper into my skillset in public relations.
