Very good, experience, nice people and easy interview. I think they are a very beautiful team with strong values and this is also the reason why I applied. The selection process doesn't take long time but is composed of 3 different parts, first interview to get known, a written assessment and a final interview with your future manager, which is more technical.

Question 1
Experience, motivation, background and what I was expecting from them
Phone interview a couple of days after application. Interviewer was nice but it was obvious that they weren't a technical recruiter. When I asked them to clarify their technical question they weren't sure what I was asking. The level of difficulty of the interview and the compensation don't quite add up. They were only offering a measly intern living stipend and no actual salary. Ridiculous, knowing that I earned an internship at a more well-known company that had easier interviews and much more compensation offered. Be wary of startups like these. Interviewer said they would get back in a week with something for me to fill out. They got back to me in a few weeks with a courtesy rejection notice.
