Badger Maps interview questions

I had two phone interviews and then an in-person interview with the CEO. Phone interviews were fine and made me interested in the position, but the CEO was late for the third interview, which wasn't exactly an interview, he talked a lot about the position and he seemed slightly disorganized and chaotic - he had another interview during that time that the forgot about that he had to cancel, and the office on the whole seemed a bit hectic.
