I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bahama Breeze (Beachwood, OH) in May 2018
Interview
I had a short interview process. I applied online, then went up to the restaurant. I spoke to a manager then was given a day and time to return. In the interview I met with two manager then offered the position. Training for a week and then put on the schedule.
Very straight forward. Basic questions about past experiences with customer service and ability to juggle many tasks. I didn’t meet with all of the managers, which was a downside because the manager I interviewed with wasn’t necessarily the one I worked with the most.

Very easy going people. Not hard questions and not a hard job. Really try to know the worker and care about employees. A great environment to work in for sure
The interview was one major question about past experiences and not much else. No situational or anything like that. Had the job on the spot. The pay was great plus tip
