Easy interview. Everyone was very friendly so it felt very comfortable. Asked about knowledge and experience. I was brought in as a server until the next bartending class about a month later. Just look over their drink menu and have some basic drink knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bahama Breeze (Duluth, GA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Quick application process. A virtual assistant keeps you updated on the process. Short interview that asked generic questions such as: what relevant experience do you possess, why do you want to work here, what's your availability? I was hired on the spot and training started about a week later. About a day of learning the policies and standards of the company, followed by three days of on the floor training.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bahama Breeze (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Two person interview in one day. Roughly an hour long. They seemed ideal and sold a great ideal place of employment. The overall training and working experience changed my mind quickly. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to be trained for what you were hired for. Which was a disappointment.
