Bain & Company Analyst interview questions

2 rounds of interviews, one resume focused on brain teasers, and the second with a proper case study. The first one asked me for a guesstimate on the topic I'd briefly mentioned as one of my interests during the introduction, followed by a riddle I believe I'd seen on GFG. The second interview was a very quick resume overview followed by a case study.

Had a really positive experience interviewing with Bain. The process was structured but felt conversational, and the interviewers were genuinely interested in how I think rather than just the final answer. Case interviews were challenging but fair, with good guidance along the way. Overall, it felt like they were assessing both problem-solving and cultural fit in a thoughtful way.
