Interview
One online exam plus 4 interviews, where 3 of the interviews are business cases and 1 is about motivation (all cv blind). First round with managers, second round with partners. The interviews were in line/easier than other consulting firms in the area.

1) How to grow revenues of a FMCG company (how to structure the analysis), 2) Company is facing a decreasing profit but revenue (find root cause), 3) How to grow revenues of a football club
There was a resume and online assessment. I was then invited to Round One which consisted of two cases. Round Two followed about a week later and also had 2 cases. Round One and Round Two were both virtual rounds.
2 rounds of interviews primarily focused on case, with some behavioral questions second round. Each interview consists of two interviewers who will interview separately with different cases. Interviews last 30-45 minutes.
