I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bain & Company in Sep 2016
Interview
The process was good..
1st round - short test
2nd round - guesstimate (which is not at all required for this position)
You are asking an experienced member to work at an entry level position where you'll have to do just basic stuffs. It's quite weird for someone who has already worked on big projects and was a lead for some as well!
Overall it's good for an experienced person who is more into money and not work.
