Skype Interview, two rounds, two cases.
First case was a cost based case. The interview was very relaxed. However, the connection was poor, we were interrupted more than once which was anoying to both of us. The second interview was more group oriented with a case that required a lot of asking to obtain the information. Again, skype didn't do me a favor.

Very structured process with case interviews and behavioral. Most easily accessed through on campus recruiting. Very structured and helpful that timing and feedback are quick and clear, recruiting typically runs on cycles, with consultant interviews in winter

Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
