Recruiter and coordinator are impolite. Hiring manager around is generally okay and agree to send over a case study to take it forward, but there is no follow up after that.
The process is long but you have to be patient and get through it. The questions are easy to understand. There are many rounds to go about, just be yourself and go for it.
