Interview
Stage 1 - Application form and online test (includes behavioural questions as well as logical, numerical and verbal reasoning questions). The test has no time limit, but is still timed and the time taken factors into your final score.
Stage 2 - First round interviews. Consisted of three interviews: a business case (fairly standard), a market sizing case and a behavioural interview; this consisted of 8 scripted questions, plus some follow ups to responses. All were either hypothetical scenarios or "tell me about a time" questions, no motivational questions or industry knowledge required.
Stage 3 - Final round interviews. Two business cases and a presentation case.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
