Interview
First round and then superday. Superday was mostly behavioral/fit questions with a little bit of technical but nothing unexpected. All nice people and process was transparent. Received communication 3 days after superday.
Online assessment, interview with director, two interviews with analysts. Cared deeply about understanding of markets and how you followed them. Also spoke on how you evaluated a stock and built conversation from there. Recruiter had very transparent communication and was extremely supportive throughout the process.
